Double Trouble Blues Sessions is Australia's new premier blues event showcasing national feature guest artist blues icon headliners such as Phil Manning, Geoff Achison, Ian Collard, Jimi Hocking, Sammy Owen, Liam Kealy & more... hosted by Kaliopi & the Blues Messengers. A community of blues associations, production, performers, and promotion celebrating new and established blues and roots music.

Kaliopi & the Blues Messengers draw from the great delta blues tradition of powerful blues women and men who made it their own since working with MBAS Women In Blues program in 2021. Kaliopi & the Blues Messengers have released two singles from their debut studio album 'When The Levee Breaks' and 'Troublin' Blues' with their unique schtick using the fretless jug bass flavours with early Dixieland piano, interwoven clarinet and Delta Blues guitar and swinging groove shuffles supporting Kaliopi's powerful soulful vocals.
